This Privacy Policy explains how Dialed ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the Dialed mobile and web application (the "App").
We collect information you provide directly to us, including: Account information: name, email address, and authentication data (via Google or Apple sign-in). Athletic profile information: sport, position, competitive goals. Training and wellness self-reports: workout logs, sets/reps/weight, sleep hours and quality, soreness, energy levels, stress levels, bodyweight, and daily check-in responses. (Note: this is self-reported wellness/fitness data, not biometric identifiers such as fingerprints or facial scans.) Payment-related information necessary to process subscriptions (handled by Apple or Google — see Section 3). If you choose to connect your school Canvas account, we access your assignment and due date information solely to populate your Dialed weekly planner. We do not store your Canvas login credentials beyond what is technically necessary to sync your data, and this connection is entirely optional.
We use the information we collect to: Provide, operate, and maintain the App; Generate personalized AI-driven training recommendations, weekly plans, and coaching insights; Track your athletic performance and training trends over time; Process subscription payments and manage your account tier; Send notifications you have opted into (check-in reminders, weekly reports, competition countdowns); Maintain the security and integrity of the App and investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service; Comply with legal obligations. We do not use your health or biometric data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell such data.
Your data is stored using industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and at rest. We use the following third-party service providers to operate the App: Supabase — database hosting and storage, with Row Level Security enforced so that each user can only access their own data. RevenueCat does not share your full payment card details with us, and we do not store raw payment card information on our servers. Apple / Google — payment processing for in-app purchases made through the iOS or Android app. AI model providers — used to generate personalized coaching content based on your training and check-in data. These providers process data solely to generate your requested content and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the service providers listed in Section 3, to the extent necessary to operate the App, and in the following limited circumstances: To comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or valid governmental request; To protect the rights, property, or safety of Dialed, our users, or the public; In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
If you choose to connect your school Canvas account, we access your assignment and due date information solely to populate your Dialed weekly planner and help generate schedule-aware training recommendations. We do not store your Canvas credentials beyond what is necessary to establish and maintain this sync, and this integration is entirely optional — you may disconnect it at any time in app settings.
